- 1 kilo Chicken, you can opt with chicken fillet
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Calamansi Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Maggi Magic Sarap
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 kilo Chicken Liver
- 2 Tablespoons Calamansi Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 thumb-sized Ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 8 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 bulbs Onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Calamansi Juice
- salt to taste
- chopped chili
- 1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine chicken, soy sauce, calamansi juice, Maggi Magic Sarap and black pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes and grill.
- Combine chicken liver, calamansi juice, pepper, ginger and salt. Marinated for 30 minutes and fry.
- Chop chicken meat and liver to desired size. Small cubes, about half an inch is good. Combine chopped chicken meat and liver with garlic, onions, mayo, soy sauce, calamansi juice, salt and chili.
- Heat sizzling plate until smoking hot. Add 2 tablespoons of butter or cooking oil. Place Chicken Sisig and top with cracked egg and serve.
