Paella Ilustrado Recipe





INGREDIENTS:
  • 40g chicken legs
  • 20g squid, sliced
  • 20g crab
  • 10g shrimp, shelled
  • 30g pork lomo, cubed
  • 10g chorizo bilbao, sliced
  • 5g green peas
  • 1 cup calrose rice
  • 5g garlic, chopped
  • 5g onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika bilbao
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 10g atsuete
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 egg, boiled
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp vetsin
  • 1 cup water



Paella Ilustrado Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Saute garlic, onion and atsuete in olive oil until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add chicken, pork, crab, squid and season with salt and pepper, paprika, vetsin, tomato sauce, rice and add the water.
  3. Boil for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add on top the chorizo bilbao, shrimp, green peas, red pepper, boiled egg. Cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes.
