- 40g chicken legs
- 20g squid, sliced
- 20g crab
- 10g shrimp, shelled
- 30g pork lomo, cubed
- 10g chorizo bilbao, sliced
- 5g green peas
- 1 cup calrose rice
- 5g garlic, chopped
- 5g onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika bilbao
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 10g atsuete
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 egg, boiled
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp vetsin
- 1 cup water
- Saute garlic, onion and atsuete in olive oil until it becomes golden brown.
- Add chicken, pork, crab, squid and season with salt and pepper, paprika, vetsin, tomato sauce, rice and add the water.
- Boil for about 15 minutes.
- Add on top the chorizo bilbao, shrimp, green peas, red pepper, boiled egg. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Place in the oven for about 15 minutes.
