- Pata (pork leg)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Pepper
- 5 pcs bay leaves
- Dash of rosemary
- 1/2 cup red wine
- Place the pata (pork leg) in slow cooker with above ingredients.
- Switch the Breville slow cooker on low and leave overnight.
- When the pata is cooked place the whole easy sear pan on the stove. Add another half-cup Mang Tomas and let the juice thicken.
- Season to taste.
