Slow-Cooked Pata Tim Recipe





INGREDIENTS:
  • Pata (pork leg)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • 5 pcs bay leaves
  • Dash of rosemary
  • 1/2 cup red wine


Slow-Cooked Pata Tim Recipe


INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Place the pata (pork leg) in slow cooker with above ingredients.
  2. Switch the Breville slow cooker on low and leave overnight.
  3. When the pata is cooked place the whole easy sear pan on the stove. Add another half-cup Mang Tomas and let the juice thicken.
  4. Season to taste.
