Cornbread Casserole Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup cornmeal
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream corn
  • 1 cup sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in the eggs, butter, corn, cream corn, and sour cream.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
