Lauya nga Luppo ti Baka ken Nateng (Beef Trotters & Vegetable Soup)

INGREDIENTS:
  • Beef trotters - 500 g.
  • Garlic - 15 cloves
  • Onions, diced - 1 large
  • Black peppercorns
  • Carrots, diced - 1 medium
  • Potatoes, quartered - 2 medium
  • Cabbage
  • Salt to taste
  • Water enough to cook the meat for at least 3 hours
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Dump all of the ingredients, except for the vegetables, in a pot and bring to a boil at low-medium fire for at least 3 hours. Add more water as needed. Adjust taste by adding more salt when necessary.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
  3. Add the carrots and cabbage and cook it until the cabbage is soft.
  4. Serve and enjoy
