Guavas With Coconut Cream (Ginataang Bayabas) Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups seeded and sliced ripe guavas
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Boil the guavas, coconut milk and sugar.
  2. Add salt and stir; boil until guavas are cooked.
  3. Remove from fire and add coconut cream.
  4. Serve cold.
