Grilled Squid Recipe




INGREDIENTS:

  • fresh large squids
  • salt
  • calamansi juice
  • powdered pepper


Grilled Squid Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Clean squid, slit on one side to spread.
  2. Rub with salt, pepper and sprinkle with vetsin.
  3. Season with a few drops of calamansi juice.
  4. Let stand for 2-3 hours before grilling.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil to marinate mixture.
  6. Brush squid with this mixture while grilling.
  7. Serve grilled squid with pickled papaya.
