Lemon Cheese Bite



Utensils:
10 mini heart shapes silicon mold
10 medium heart shapes silicon mold

Ingredients:

  • 250g Cream Cheese

  • 150ml Fresh Milk
  • 60g Corn Flour
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 5 Egg Yolks
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 1tsp Cream Of Tartar
  • 80g unsalted butter, melted

Decorations:

  • Strawberry cut into heart shape
  • Heart sprinkles

Method
1. Boil the milk, add in cream cheese and cook to a smooth texture. Let it cool.
2. Mix corn flour and egg yolks together before stir into the cream cheese.
3. Beat egg white, cream of tartar and sugar until soft peak. Stir in lemon juice & zest.
4. Mix the batter gently, add in melted butter.
4. Scoop cheese batter almost full into the medium and mini heart mould. 
6. Bake in hot water bath at 140C for 20-40mins or until cook.
7. Allow to cool, keep refrigerated overnight.
8. Remove from the mould. Decorate with strawberry heart and heart sprinkles before serve.
