Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb salmon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce (I used Annie Chun’s)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp basil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to broiling.
- Place your salmon in a greased baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang sauce, lime juice, honey, olive oil and basil.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon.
- Broil for about 5 minutes, until cooked through.
