INGREDIENTS
4 (6-4 ounces each) tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
6 fresh sage leaves, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and fpepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Season fish fillets to taste with salt and pepper.
- In skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove fish fillets from pan and keep warm.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, sage and cream to the skillet; stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place fish fillets on plates, pour sauce over and serve.
