Mushroom Peas Curry




Ingredients:

  • Oil – 1/4 cup
  • Onion – 1 and 1/2 cup ( chopped )
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 and 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato – 1 cup ( chopped )
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Mushroom – 400 g ( chopped )
  • Peas – 200 g 


Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. When the oil is hot, add onions and fry till they turn translucent. 
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the onions are golden brown. 
  4. Add tomatoes and fry for minute. 
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and fry for a minute. 
  6. Add mushroom and peas and a cup of water and cover and cook till mushrooms are done. 
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander. 
  8. Serve hot with phulke or paratha
