Ingredients:
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Onion – 1 and 1/2 cup ( chopped )
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 and 1/2 tsp
- Tomato – 1 cup ( chopped )
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Mushroom – 400 g ( chopped )
- Peas – 200 g
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When the oil is hot, add onions and fry till they turn translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the onions are golden brown.
- Add tomatoes and fry for minute.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and fry for a minute.
- Add mushroom and peas and a cup of water and cover and cook till mushrooms are done.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with phulke or paratha
