INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp lye water
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour in cupcake pan.
  3. Steam for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 8-10 minutes before removing from pan.
  4. Top with grated coconut before serving.
