- ¼ kilo chicken liver
- 1 pc. large carrot, julienned
- 10 pcs. baguio beans, julienned
- 1 large onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, pounded then minced
- chili flakes, optional
- Marinate chicken liver to what I called an ‘adobo marinade’ which is basically a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, ground pepper and sugar
- Saute onions and garlic until translucent and fragrant
- Add chicken liver (set the marinade aside) and cook until well done
- Add vegetables
- Add remaining marinade and half cup of water
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Once sauce has reduced, turn off the heat to avoid overcooking the vegetables
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle chili flakes on top
