INGREDIENTS:
- 500 gms chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 5-7 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- sugar (optional)
- a little salt
- In a pot, combine all the ingredients
- Cook over low heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once the chicken is tender, add the
- broccoli. Cook for a few minutes.
- Serve.
