- 2-3 tilapia filets, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Coat a small amount of olive oil on bottom of cooking pan.
- Place filets in pan.
- Brush remaining olive oil over filets then sprinkle salt and garlic powder over each filet.
- Cook filets for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
