INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg. chicken breast
- Chicken Liver
- 1/4 kg. Shrimp (optional)
- 1 doz. Quail Eggs (optional)
- 4 pcs. carrots, sliced
- 1 med size cabbage, sliced
- 2 pcs. chayote, sliced
- green beans, sliced
- 8 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 ½ tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1/4 pack cream of mushroom
- 6 tbsp. cornstarch in 1 c. water, mixed
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 3 cl. of garlic, diced
- Cut chicken into slivers
- Saute Garlic and Onion
- Put Chicken and let cook for about 1 minute
- Put Chicken Liver and Shrimp and let stand for 2 minutes
- Add Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce and simmer for 2 minutes
- Add Chayote and Carrots, let stand for 4 minutes
- Add the remaining vegetables
- Pour in the cream of mushroom and cornstarch diluted in water
- Voila! Serve hot and Enjoy!
