Pinchos Moruños Recipe




INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for frying
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon each of coriander, cumin and oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Dice the chicken breasts into 2.5 cm pieces, marinate with the rest of the ingredients for at least 4 hours to overnight.
  2. When the chicken is ready to be grilled, heat a grill pan with more olive oil (otherwise, you can use a BBQ grill) and fry the chicken for at least 5 minutes until cooked through.
