INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 pork
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat a wok in medium fire and add some cooking oil.
- Sauté the garlic, onion and pork.
- Add the oyster sauce and brown sugar.
- Simmer for 2 -3 minutes.
- Add in the salt and pepper.
- Dissolve the corn starch in 1/4 cups of water.
- Add in the pan and stir.
- Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, butter and milk.
- Gradually add the water and mix at the same time.
- Prepare the molders and wax with melted butter.
- Pour about 1/4 batter mixture on the molders.
- Add the sautéd meat.
- Add some more batter on top to cover.
- Top with cheese or salted egg.
- Steam for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Serve
