INGREDIENTS:
- 5 pcs squid
- 500g ground pork
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 large carrots
- 1 pc egg
- 1 pc lemon
- 3/4 cups soy sauce
- black pepper
- salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Marinate the squid with soy sauce and lemon for 30 minutes.
- Sauté the garlic, onion, tomato, celery, carrots and ground pork.
- Stuffed the squid with the sauté filling.
- Lock it with the toothpick.
- Dip in the egg and flour.
- Fry.
- Serve
