Rellenong Pusit Recipe





INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 pcs squid
  • 500g ground pork
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 large carrots
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 pc lemon
  • 3/4 cups soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • salt

Rellenong Pusit Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Marinate the squid with soy sauce and lemon for 30 minutes.
  2. Sauté the garlic, onion, tomato, celery, carrots and ground pork.
  3. Stuffed the squid with the sauté filling.
  4. Lock it with the toothpick.
  5. Dip in the egg and flour.
  6. Fry.
  7. Serve
