Sweet Tea Brined Chicken Thighs Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups sweet tea
  • ⅓ cup salt
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
Sweet Tea Brined Chicken Thighs Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, turning once or twice.
  2. Prepare grill.
  3. Grill until center of thighs are done, reaching 165 degrees on a meat thermometer.
