Pork Adobo Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 kg of Pork cubes (Adobo Cut)
  • 1 tbsp of pepper corns
  • 4 cloves of pitted garlic pitted
  • 2 tbsp cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of vinegar
  • 2 pcs bay leaves
  • 1 large potato peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. If you are in a hurry, pork cubes can be cooked even if its frozen.
  2. All you need to do is put the frozen pork on a skillet with 1/2 cup of water with salt and pepper on a medium fire.
  3. Water will soon evaporate then oil will ooze from the pork meat.
  4. Fry it on its own oil for a moment and add a few tablespoons of cooking oil.
  5. Add the pitted garlic and the potatoes.
  6. Mix them till the potatoes are half done.
  7. Add the vinegar and let it evaporate still on a medium fire.
  8. Add the soy sauce, bay leaves and mix till soy sauce evaporates
