Easy Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Red pepper, chopped
  • 1 Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 1 Bunch of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 Bunch of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 stalk of celery, sliced very thin
  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup Panda Express Mandarin Sauce
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Turn your stove to medium high and heat your oil in a large frying pan. Add all of the veggies that you are using. Mix them so the oil covers the majority of them. 
  2. Cook them for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until all veggies are soft.
  3. Once they are cooked, put them on a plate and top with shredded cooked chicken. Pour a little Mandarin Sauce over the top. Serve hot.
