Ingredients:
- 5 pcs white fish (threadsfin tuna)
- 2.5 cm pc ginger
- a small piece of galangal
- 5 pcs stalks mint leaves
- 5 pcs red chillies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cummin
- 1/2 cup tamarind sauce
- 10 pcs shallots
- 1 pc coconut
- 4 pcs stalk lemon grass
- 1 tsp b;ack pepper
- 1 tsp monosodium glutamate
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp anissed
Directions:
- Clean the fish remove flesh very carefully, leaving the skin intact.
- Grate the coconut and pound half of it with the fish flesh. Extract one cup of thich milk from the remaining hald by adding hald a cup of water.
- Pound the shallots, ginger, lemon. grass. galangal, black peper, salt, coriander, anissed, cummin and red chillies until fine.
- Stuff into the fish skim and put in a deep bowl.
- Pour in 1 cup coconut milk and steam for 25 minutes.
