INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups (250 grams) smoked whitefish, bones removed
- 3 tablespoons (10 gram) very finely diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced dill, or 1/4 teaspoon dried, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- Salt to taste (depends on the saltiness of your whitefish)
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
- Garnish with additional dill, if desired.
