- ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 4 tablespoons mustard (your favorite)
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tblsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 7 - 1 inch thick pork chops
- 4 tblsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place pork chops in a bowl with marinade and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or as long as overnight.
- Heat a large frying pan and place pork chops in frying pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, turning only once.
