INGREDIENTS:
- fried spam (leftover)
- roasted seaweed
- cooked rice
- soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the roasted seedweed sheet in half.
- Lay flat on a plate/surface.
- Place one slice of spam at one end of the seaweed.
- Top with 1 1/2 tbsp of rice.
- Press and roll towards the other end. Put few rice grains at the end of the seaweed to seal the musubi.
- Cut into bite size if desired.
- Serve warm or cold with soy sauce as dipping sauce.
