INGREDIENTS:
- a rack of baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Mang Tomas
- 5 calamansi juice
- 5 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 laurel leaves
- 3-4 Tbsp Banana Catsup
- 2 cups water (depends on the tenderness of the ribs)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cook until tender.
- Thicken the sauce and coat over the ribs.
- Place on Breville Griller or Charcoal grill to char the meat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
