- 2lbs chicken, diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoons water
- 5 tablespoon spring onions
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon Chinese wine
- 200g pineapple. diced
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Marinate chicken pieces with combined ingredients A in a casserole for 1 hour
- Add in ingredients B
- Cover and cook on power Medium-High for 10 minutes
- Stir in cornstarch mixture towards last 5 minutes of cooking time
- Serve hot with rice.
