- 2 lbs (1kilo) Chicken Drumsticks
- 2 Cloves Of Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Medium Onion, Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Of Soy Sauce
- 2 Cups of fresh Pineapple Chunks (Pineapple Slicer)
- 8 oz (250 ml) Pineapple Juice
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- Wash The Chicken & Let It Dry In A Colander
- Cut The Chicken Into Bite Size Pieces
- Saute The Garlic & Onions Until Golden Brown
- Add The Chicken & Saute For About 5 Min
- Add The Peppercorns, Soy Sauce, & Pineapple Juice
- Let that simmer for for another 5 Min
- Add The Pineapple Chunks and Brown Sugar
- Let Simmer Until Chicken Is Done & Some Of The Liquid Evaporates
- Serve With A Sprinkle Of Chopped Spring Onions (green onions)
